III builds a new platform for open innovation by an alliance of different industries and proposes a “networked strategy” for business development on the platform, which exploits the enormous assets of industry such as people, products, capital, information and technology.

2. 産業・法制度調査研究や各種セミナーを開催し、イノベーションを阻害しない社会実態にあった法制度・ルール整備を行う為の政策提言や官民協働プロジェクト政策提案の実施

1. III promotes joint research/projects among a wide range of actors such as III consortium members, startups, research institutions, and financial institutions for developing many kinds of new business.
2. III offers various seminars/symposiums concerning legal/industrial systems and suggests required policies/public-private partnerships which do not hinder innovation but reflect social/economic reality in response to changing times.
